To summarize this editorial, the Times is upset the Bush administration tries to keep U.S. secrets, but is also upset when the Bush administration makes public allegedly “highly confidential U.N. audits and investigations on a U.S. government Web site, opening the United Nations’ inner workings to public scrutiny.”  Yes, you read that right.  U.S. secrets are bad; U.N. secrets are good.  What more is there to say?
