Smart move; Editorial; Beaver County Times; June 10, 2008.

This is at least the second Times editorial lobbying to spare terrorists that could be convicted of their role in the 9/11 murders from the death penalty.  The other editorial I know of was “Jail time.”  My comments for that editorial apply to this one as well.
