Extreme makeover; Editorial; Beaver County Times; August 25, 2008.

The editorial subtitle is “Student-loan agency has too many lawmakers and not enough experts.”

The crux of the editorial is a major PHEAA problem is it has too many General Assembly members (16 of 20) on the board.  The Times still doesn’t get it, probably because of its leftist view of the world.  There’s nothing really new in this editorial, so please read my critiques of “Matter of trust” and “PHEAA’s excess” for my comments.
