Democratic faux pas; Editorial; Beaver County Times; August 29, 2008.

We’ve known for some time the Times supports Mr. Obama for President. This editorial indicates the Times is also providing campaign advice. What other services is the Times providing the Obama campaign?

The editorial says, “And Beaver County is a poster child for economic distress, one of Obama’s top stated issues to address if elected.” And of which party are nearly all of the county’s elected officials?

Finally, I could have opined why Messrs. Obama and Biden felt comfortable starting their campaign in an area in which so many Democrat elected officials and relatives have been indicted for and/or convicted of criminal activity while on the job, but that would have been a cheap shot.
