The editorial refers to “anti-urban forces in the Legislature.”  Review previous editorials and you find you qualify for being “anti-urban” if you oppose throwing more commonwealth taxpayer dollars at local government-run bus/train systems and/or urban school districts that already spend more per student than rural and suburban school districts.
