Limited options; Editorial; Beaver County Times; December 21, 2008.

The editorial subtitle is “Massive stimulus package would improve infrastructure.”

This editorial is a variation of “Last resort” published on December 4^th. As a result, my critique of that editorial also covers this editorial.

As I did for “Last resort,” I submitted a comment (nearly identical to the comment for “Last resort”) on the Times website. Again without comment, the Times chose not to post it. Since neither comment violated any of the rules published on the Times website, I’m guessing the Times didn’t like having attention drawn to its change of position concurrent with Barack Obama’s election.
