Depending on what the editorial means when it says “Pennsylvania’s liquor laws are out of date and out of touch with today’s consumers [and] the system needs to be revamped from top to bottom,” I agree.

I lived in Texas for nearly 19 years.  Beer and wine (I don’t remember about hard liquor.) were sold in supermarkets and liquor was sold in privately owned stores.  I suspect prices were lower as a result and the world did not come to an end.
