BCT Editorial – 3/31/09

Down to size; Editorial; Beaver County Times; March 31, 2009.

The editorial subtitle is “Pennsylvania doesn’t need 50 senators and 203 representatives.”

Ignoring some minor nitpicking and the fact I’m not yet wed to specific numbers, I pretty much agree with the editorial.

The only reason for this critique is to note a local lefty commented on the Times website that the editorial is “[m]ore republican propoganda [sic].”  Republican propaganda from the Times?  In which alternative universe?  I’m not sure if there’s a left/right divide on this issue, but so far all the opinions I’ve read against shrinking the legislature have been from lefties.
