You can ignore the editorial’s talk about “all the tough measures that state lawmakers won’t face.” The real problem for the Times is the PA House acted on illegal immigration. If you’re familiar with the Times’ body of work on this topic, you recall editorials tend to have a tough time distinguishing between legal and illegal immigration.
