BCT Editorial – 11/18/10

I get a kick out of Times editorials like this.  Whether at the commonwealth or federal level, Times editorials consistently lobby for more spending on just about every proposal that comes down the pike.  Then, assuming we’re stupid or have incredibly short memories, the Times publishes an editorial crying crocodile tears about debt and deficits.  You can find more about this in my critique of “Reality check” and “No hope.”

I also get a kick out of the Times tactic of spinning something bad as “Hey, we’re not so bad” or “Hey, the other guys are worse.”  You can find examples in my critique of “No need to panic.”
