The editorial says, “District Attorney Craig Watkins has cooperated with innocence groups in reviewing hundreds of requests by inmates for DNA testing. (It’s no coincidence that Watkins is the first black DA in Texas history.)” What the heck does a person’s skin color have to do with this? All we’re getting is another attempt by lefties to divide us along meaningless lines.
