In case you missed it, the point of the editorial is to provide cover for President Obama and other Democrats. The idea is, if “many of the good-paying, well-perked jobs are gone, and they’re being replaced by lower-paying, jobs with few, if any benefits” and “the skills of many of the unemployed don’t match the requirements of the jobs that are being created,” how can we hold Mr. Obama responsible for high unemployment?
