Mr. Avedon is really cranking up the anti-Bush rhetoric. This is his fifth letter for September.

Below is a detailed critique of the subject letter.

“George Bush is reporting that everything is going just great in Iraq.”

[RWC] Mr. Avedon, please provide the quotes supporting this claim. If you cannot, you are either mindlessly repeating Democrat talking points or you are lying to us. I’m sure President Bush has said we’re making good progress, but I doubt he said “everything is going just great in Iraq.”

“I wonder if he will be serving Thanksgiving dinner to our troops in Baghdad this year, just like he did last year.

“The missions of accomplishment seem never-ending.”
