Americans will get what they voted for; Lonzie Cox, Jr.; Beaver County Times; January 13, 2011.  I am not related to Mr. Cox.

Most of Mr. Cox’s at least 61 letters since 2004 are tinged with race, and all take leftist positions.

Below is a detailed critique of the subject letter.

“In January 2007, I joined thousands of Democrats who converged on Washington, D.C., to celebrate the Democratic takeover of Congress.

“After much Republican hatred and demonizing of her, Nancy Pelosi was to become the first female House speaker.  Much of the enthusiasm we felt, however, was based on the fact that we had elected Jason Altmire to the House and sent Melissa Hart packing for good.”

[RWC] When Mr. Cox complains of alleged “hatred and demonizing” by others, you have to give him credit for chutzpah.  Does Mr. Cox read his own letters?

“More importantly, we had kicked Rick Santorum out of the U.S. Senate.”

[RWC] Other than they were Republicans, note Mr. Cox didn’t mention the policies of Ms. Hart and Mr. Santorum he opposed and why.

“However, the greatest unfulfilled wish of the Democrats would be that Pelosi would push to impeach President George W. Bush for the mindless invasion of Iraq that had killed thousands of U.S. troops and Iraq civilians for no reason.”

[RWC] I guess Mr. Cox forgot about the Iraq War Resolution passed by Congress.

“Now, we’ve come full circle and the clueless Republicans are back.  They promise to make us miserable, and I believe they will.

“So, America, hold on to your hats, your wallets and your backsides because the Republicans are coming, the Republicans are coming, the Repub.....”

[RWC] Blah, blah, blah.  Did you note Mr. Cox didn’t outline all the wonderful things Democrats in Congress and the White House did for us during the last two to four years?
