Not too late to speak up; Pete Kelley; Beaver County Times; February 26, 2012.
Mr. Kelley has written at least six letters since 2008. Previous Kelley letters I critiqued are here and here.
Mr. Kelley wrote a similar letter two weeks ago entitled “Smoke coming from gas company.” This letter appears to be of similar quality so I chose not to spend time critiquing it. If you are interested, please refer to my critique of the previous letter for my comments.
