PAC up DeLay probe; Stephen F. Kislock, III; Beaver County Times; May 16, 2005.

Below is a detailed critique of the letter.

“U.S. Rep. Melissa Hart, R-4, Bradford Woods, was tapped by House ethics chairman Doc Hasting, R-Wash., to head the inquiry into House Majority Leader Tom DeLay’s alleged ethics violations.”

[RWC] Mr. Kislock is slipping.  He referred to “alleged” ethics violations.  <g>

“According to The New York Times, Hart received $15,000 from ‘Americans for a Republican Majority PAC.’  That is DeLay’s PAC and has helped to elect Republicans including Hart, to Congress.

“What brand of whitewash will Hart use?”

[RWC] Looks like Mr. Kislock and Ms. Deane Lavender got the same talking points memo.  Both persons refer to a “whitewash.”  See my critique of Ms. Lavender’s letter for more commentary.
