Stephen F. Kislock, III – 1/10/17

Trump owes victory to his friend Putin; Stephen F. “The Onion” Kislock, III (SFK); Beaver County Times; January 10, 2017.

Most of SFK’s 80+ letters over the last 11 years have been Republican-bashing exercises, though he sometimes goes after Democrats for his pet causes.  Sometime during 2009 Mr. Kislock became an in-house commentator for Beaver County Reds, though it’s been some time since he’s written there.  Please follow this link to learn more about Beaver County Reds.  You may also remember SFK appears to believe “The Onion” is a real news source.  SFK went on hiatus between June 2013 and July 2014.  The last SFK letter I reviewed was entitled “Hillary Clinton is running for president, not Bill.”

Below is a detailed critique of the subject letter.

“The Associated Press reported last week that ethics reviews for several of Donald Trump’s cabinet picks were incomplete.”

[RWC] Even if true, so what?  Given the volume of reviews needed immediately, I wouldn’t expect them to be complete yet.

“To the Republican-controlled U.S. Senate: Please (joke) approve the choices of Czar Trump to all cabinet position, post haste.

“Like, Santa Claus, Trump, knows who has been naughty or nice.

“Just last week, Trump said that only ‘stupid’ people oppose closer Russian ties.  Czar Trump owes Czar Putin his new job starting Jan. 20.”

[RWC] Why does SFK think Mr. Trump “owes Czar Putin his new job?”  In any case, I thought U.S. leftists loved Russia, especially guys like Vladimir Putin who was in the USSR’s KGB.

Has SFK never heard “Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer?”

If believing the Russkies stole the election from Hillary Clinton lets SFK sleep at night, good for him.
