History will be a harsh judge; Jerry Miskulin; Beaver County Times; April 21, 2008.

I encourage you to review Mr. Miskulin’s body of work in the archives.  Mr. Miskulin has written at least 17 letters since 2004.  Most (all?) are illogical (not just wrong) and full of falsehoods.

Below is a detailed critique of the subject letter.

“Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush all aspired to greatness in their time.  In that case, history will be very cruel to them.”

[RWC] Did you note Mr. Miskulin didn’t tell us how he knows “all aspired to greatness in their time?”  You’ll also note Mr. Miskulin didn’t tell us why “history will be very cruel to them.”

In any case, the letter contradicts itself.  Mr. Miskulin refers to “in their time,” then says, “history will be very cruel to them.”  You can be considered great in your time, but not by future generations.  Of course, the opposite is also true.
