‘Tell me, which is the bigger sin?’; Jerry Miskulin; Beaver County Times; November 29, 2009.

I encourage you to review Mr. Miskulin’s body of work in the archives.  Mr. Miskulin has written at least 50 letters since 2004 (I didn’t critique all of them.).  Most (all?) are illogical and full of falsehoods (not just wrong).

In recent letters (here and here), Mr. Miskulin expressed displeasure with the tea parties and proclaimed “Rush Limbaugh is a propaganda minister.”

Below is a detailed critique of the subject letter.

“The Bush administration fought a war on two fronts and cuts taxes.”

[RWC] Wrong again.  Mr. Bush and Congress cut tax rates, not taxes.  During the Bush administration, tax revenue reached all time highs.

By the way, the Bush administration didn’t fight a war on two fronts; the United States did, just as is the case for the Obama administration.

“Now, the Obama administration wants to raise taxes to fund health care for those who don’t have it.”

[RWC] Mr. Miskulin doesn’t really believe a government-run, taxpayer-funded healthcare monopoly is about “health care for those who don’t have it,” does he?

Please read my paper entitled “Healthcare.”

“Tell me, which is the bigger sin?”

[RWC] Not using your brain.
